Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled C-Arm Technologist to join a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role involves operating mobile fluoroscopy equipment in surgical or procedural settings and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) with the ARRT. Additional certification in Fluoroscopy or Cardiovascular-Interventional Technology is a significant plus.
  • Experience: C-Arm: 1 year (Required). Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in operating and positioning mobile C-Arm equipment, understanding surgical sterility protocols, and producing high-quality fluoroscopic images. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication with surgical teams and patients, ability to work independently and under pressure in an OR environment, and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment to provide real-time imaging guidance for surgical, pain management, and orthopedic procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and proceduralists to position the C-Arm for optimal imaging.
  • Adhere to strict sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols in the operating room or procedure suite.
  • Prepare and maintain imaging equipment before and after procedures.
  • Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system.
  • Perform routine quality control checks on the C-Arm equipment.
