Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active New York State LMSW License.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above.
- Requirements: Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management.
- Soft Skills: Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families, collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain active Medicaid provider status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers.
