Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Psychologist (Bilingual Spanish) to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This role offers a hybrid schedule with minimal on-site requirements, providing flexibility while serving a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active New York State Psychologist license (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure.
  • Language: Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time position (Required to be on-site 1-2 days/month)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use psychotherapy to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and families.
  • Test and assess patients for indications of mental health disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans and strategies to help patients.
  • Support patients who have experienced traumatic life events.
  • Provide ongoing care and evaluation to patients with long-term difficulties.
  • Refer patients to other specialists or doctors as needed.
  • Help patients set realistic goals and monitor their progress.
  • Keep up to date with, and potentially participate in, new research in psychology.
