Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a Multi-Specialty Practice located in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new graduates to provide high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time position with a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 5 days (1 weekend per month, no compensation).

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Licensure: Active State License.
  • Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience: New Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language: Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Must possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary or specialty care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, and managing chronic conditions.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and X-rays to guide treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments within the scope of practice and state regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient's electronic medical record.
