Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner bilingual in Mandarin to provide housecall services in a multi-specialty practice across the Bronx, NY. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive, negotiable compensation package.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
  • Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language: Bilingual in Mandarin
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfort with point-of-care testing and portable medical equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Highly independent, excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, compassionate, and adaptable to different home environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within the NP scope of practice.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
